One in the Gables, the other in South Miami. Both small, loud, crowded and very good. At both locations I prefer to sit on the sidewalk if the weather allows. Great sandwiches, good salads, and the most amazing chocolate cookie that is really a brownie in disguise.

I love eating here. On miracle mile in the gables. There are a few tables outside. Its a sushi place but so much more.

The Grill at Bal Harbor

Now this is a place I wish was in my neighborhood. Its a restaurant. A real restaurant with a real menu. Steak, burger, fish, fries, salads. All good. And at Bal Harbor so visually pretty and always good service. Never fast. Always good.

Morton’s Steak House

I always thought mortons was the best steakhouse around. go in coral gables if you dont want to go downtown. You can eat on a lovely patio outside and enjoy the potatoes which are better than anywhere else.
