I have loved La Boulangerie since I first tried it on the curve of Coral Way a few years ago. But what a long drive for Paparadelle Funghi. So when a restaurant of the same name advertised its opening in Pinecrest, at the old Gardners on 124th Street my heart beat faster.. could it be the same place? YES, with the same menu. Apparently this is location 4. There is one on the key, and also in Aventura. Oh happy day!
Why I am not a regular here I don’t know. I have eaten here twice, its in the neighborhood, the price is right, the place is comfortable and the food really is very good.
A step up Italian eatery with a varied menu…the chicken viola was unique, delicious and there was a big enough portion that I brought enough home for a midnight snack.
Let’s talk disco fries and grilled swiss cheese and bacon on whole wheat.
In my backyard, why don’t i go more. Its a great lunch spot or to pick up dinner. As I write this it occurs to me I need a tag for take out and this is going on the list .
Is it worth the drive to mile marker 100? i say yes. I would eat here every day it was in the neighborhood. Nothing fancy but exactly what dinner in the keys is supposed to be. good food, good feel, good desserts.

I have gone back and forth on DiNapoli for years. My first experience was bad, then years later I returned and it was fine. I have been twice in the past year and taken out twice, all good. So, for neighborhood Italian its a good choice. You have to choose it over Papa Piccolo ( http://papapiccolopizzeria.eat24hour.com ), Papa Riccos ( at 144 and US 1) and giros ( http://cirosonline.com ) which isn’t easy.
All you can eat stone crabs. South in the upper keys. A food fest.
Todd doesn’t usually blow it so I hate to say it was bad, But it wasn’t good. I have to say we were so hopeful. It would have been so wonderful to have a great everyday place right in the neighborhood, but that went to be.
I liked it. I didn’t love it The menu has the regular mexican stuff on it. My mom loved the cheese Chorizo fondue bowl.
I was so surprised to find I’m happy hear. I like the desserts, Like shopping while I wait for my lunch, and i especially like the brie and mushroom soup
