I was first to the Local with a group of six.. the perfect size group to eat there. great sharing plates arrived one after the other and each was tasty. You can also get a good burger, great Fries and i like the chicken dumpling soup. On Giralda in the Gables. Be cautioned- they have lunch hours, dinner hours, and an in-between hour where getting food isn’t necessarily easy.

Can you say Disco Fries? Grilled Swiss Cheese with Bacon on Whole Wheat with BBQ sauce on the side. If you can, this is the place to say it. Also known for its milk shakes, patty melts and other food from the griddle.
We say it’s so good because the grease on the griddle has been there for 100 years. YUM
The perfect lunch spot. Located on the curve on Coral Way. You can get anything.. sandwiches, salads, my favorite the fungi pasta. and dessert! cakes, and croissant and pudding.
Brunch on Miami Beach. Brunch Buffet on Miami Beach. WOW.. i think they offer this buffet on both Saturday and Sunday. If you love to eat, people watch and be somewhere beautiful, then try it. Make sure you have a reservation. There are so few really lovely calm light places to enjoy a meal. go and invite me to join you!
My Favorite place in the Miracle Mile area if you want simple, plain old, standard, good American food. A Houston’s style eatery but so much better. First- no lines; second- better food; third- outdoor seating; Fourth-not a chain; 5th- better desserts! Great burger, good soup, and did I say dessert!!
I really like Strada. Every time I come I am happily reminded how nice it is. The food is good, it feels good to be here and you can sit out front with the dog.
On Bird Road at 57th (Red Road). In my opinion the best sushi around town. They have great lunch specials and serve a nice thick chunky sashimi. It can be abut loud, they are closed on Mondays, but I prefer it to the other sushi places so I come when I can.

Sitting inside at a concert in the beautiful, acoustically magnificent concert hall is a wonderful experience. But sitting outside on the grass is almost as good.
With a state of the art speaker system 1000 people enjoy the sound, and with a six story wall where the concert is projected lets you see and hear the best of it. Come early, bring some chairs, a picnic, friends, a bottle of wine.
