A new and upscale Yummy place by the people who brought you soyka. Just a few doors down off Biscayne near 51st street. The loveliest back garden, the most interesting building, the yummiest grouper. I have nothing bad to say and I can not wait to go back.

Brickel, on the water, eat outside. we relaxed , we enjoyed. It seems to be a ‘happening’ happy hour place. the clientele were the young and the beautiful.
The I first went to Al Carbon it was the best burger around. Its a STUFFED Burger… with almost anything you might want. There wasn’t much competition back then, few craft places or pub style burger joints. Its still really really good, as are the ribs, and deserts. If you are down Coral Way and want a burger, maybe to sit outside or bring the dog? this is a good place to go.
Another nice Wednesday night find I wouldn’t have tried otherwise. On Main Highway in the grove we took Emma ( the puppy) out to dinner and found ourselves at a lovely outdoor table where i could watch all the action in the Grove. Dinner was good. I would go back. It might not be my first choice, but it was good. Its hard, When you go to a new restaurant every week for years, it takes a lot to make the list of places i want to go back to. Sorry Boho, you were good, just not special enough.

This is one of those places with delicious food, nice service, but i dread going because i don’t understand the menu. The outdoor patio overlooking Peacock Park is perfect for a nice night out.
at Merrick park has become a new favorite. Its so lovely to sit outside in a pretty though unnatural setting. The food is great and varied, the service usually good tho never great. . In my mind this is meant to be a relaxing place to waste away some time over good food with a good friend.
South Miami..What a burger. It has everything on it including the kitchen sink. Get a finger bowl as you are going to be a mess. I loved it.
In south Miami in the old Larios building. And just as good. This is the easy casual bar in town, good food, easy to be at , neighborhood restaurant.

Near fritz and frans in coral gables . you can get a good meal here. The service is fine. It didn’t make an impression on me.
