Chinese Meatballs

My mom made this all the time when i was growing up.  We all loved the Chinese flavor and i think this was cheap and easy.  served with white rice and you have dinner.

1 pound ground chuck seasoned with salt, pepper, and a bit of ginger rolled into small meatballs

Brown in oil and remove from pan

Saute til soft a small onion chopped small and a package of button mushrooms – sliced

add

a can of sliced waterchestnuts
